引言
No Panic 重視你的私隱。本政策說明當你使用 No Panic 網站或 No Panic Team Tools 時，我們可能如何收集、使用、儲存及處理相關資料。
No Panic 是公開網站。No Panic Team Tools 是授權控制的內部／工作區應用，並非公開開放使用。
1. 我們可能收集的資料
我們可能收集以下資料：
- 透過登入驗證提供的資料，例如電郵地址、姓名、頭像，或其他由驗證服務提供者提供的基本帳戶資料。

- 提供及營運 No Panic 與 No Panic Team Tools；
- 控制工作區及模組的使用權限；
- 維護安全及防止未經授權的存取；
- 排除故障及改善服務；

3. 驗證及服務供應商
No Panic 可能使用第三方服務供應商，以營運服務的部分功能，包括驗證、託管及基礎設施。
目前涉及的服務包括：
- Google 可能用作驗證服務提供者。
- Supabase 用於驗證及資料基礎設施。
- Vercel 用於網站／應用程式託管。
上述供應商會按其自身條款、私隱做法，以及所提供的服務處理資料。他們是服務供應商，並不因此成為 No Panic 的聯營機構，No Panic 亦不以本政策對其作出背書。
4. Cookie 及工作階段資料
在有需要時，我們可能使用 cookie 或類似技術，以維持登入工作階段、記住相關設定或使用情境、提供功能、維護安全，以及在適用情況下了解服務使用情況。
5. 資料分享
No Panic 不會出售你的個人資料。
在合理需要營運服務時，我們可能與服務供應商分享資料；或在法律要求時分享資料。我們不會承諾資料永遠不會被分享。

Introduction
No Panic respects your privacy. This policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored and handled when you use the No Panic website or No Panic Team Tools.
No Panic is a public website. No Panic Team Tools is an authorization-controlled internal / workspace application. It is not open to the public.
1. Information we may collect
We may collect:
- Information provided through authentication, such as your email address, name, profile image, or other basic account information made available by the authentication provider.
- Information needed to manage access to No Panic Team Tools, such as workspace membership, role and access permissions.
- Information you voluntarily submit through No Panic services.
- Basic technical or usage information that may be generated when you use the website, such as browser or device information and service usage data, where applicable.
Signing in with Google does not by itself give No Panic access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google account content.
2. How we use information
We may use information to:
- authenticate users;
- provide and operate No Panic and No Panic Team Tools;
- control workspace and module access;
- maintain security and help prevent unauthorized access;
- troubleshoot and improve our services;
- respond to enquiries;
- comply with applicable legal obligations where required.
3. Authentication and service providers
No Panic may use third-party service providers to operate parts of the service, including authentication, hosting and infrastructure.
This currently includes:
- Google may be used as an authentication provider.
- Supabase is used for authentication and data infrastructure.
- Vercel is used for website and application hosting.
These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices, and according to the services they provide. They are service providers. That does not make them affiliates of No Panic, and this policy is not an endorsement of those providers.
4. Cookies and session information
Cookies or similar technologies may be used where necessary to maintain login sessions, remember relevant settings or context, provide functionality, support security, and understand service usage where applicable.
5. Data sharing
No Panic does not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the service, or where required by law. We do not promise that information is never shared.
6. Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, operational requirements, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal obligations. We do not promise a specific deletion period.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and enquiries
You may contact No Panic with questions about your personal information, or with requests concerning access, correction or deletion. We will handle such requests subject to applicable requirements and legitimate retention needs.
